Corporate Fitness Programs
Overview:
Our Corporate Fitness Program does include traditional exercise movements, but also includes more functional movements that mimic everyday activities. Our bodies perform movements at an infinite number of angles, which apply stress to our muscles and joints.
When was the last time you went to lay on your back and push 150 lbs. off your chest, or put 150 lbs. on your back to squat down? Not real practical, is it? We believe it is more useful to develop better strength and technique for lifting groceries from the car or lifting kids from the bathtub.
We provide new strength and flexibility for real world applications.
Objective:
Navigate daily social or work-related activities easier, more fluidly and securely.
We begin our program with the development of the small support muscles of the joints. Once they are built up, we then move to the larger muscle groups. Our program, unlike others, demands exercise of your muscles in a variety of angles and planes and includes both simple and complex maneuvers.
Ways this differs from what exists today . . .
Many of these programs are based on the typical physical therapy exercise platforms that have been found ineffective. We find that there are two types of programs: those that are built for commercial satisfaction and those that are built to produce results. We have based our training and exercise techniques on the principle of muscle symmetry and functionality.
Goals:
- Strengthen all the muscles and supporting structures around the joints to help prevent future injury.
- Improve strength, flexibility and endurance
